The invention relates to medicine and can be used to place samples for the hidden presence of blood in the test solution or suspension. The purpose of the invention is to increase the shelf life of a slide for analysis by treating the inner surface of the rotary cores with which the slide is provided with a 1.5-252% solution or suspension of 2,6-di-tert-butyl-p-crezole prepared in a lacquer or acetone. PREMIUME 1. 2,6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol (BHT) is dissolved in acetone at a concentration of 22.5 µmol and the inner surface of the Hemocalte slide is coated with the resulting solution. For comparison, five well-known antioxidants are used, solutions of which were also treated with Hemocalte tablets. After evaporation of the solvent, the slides are closed, exposed to nitrogen dioxide in air in an amount of 2 gp, and the development time of the blue color in each slide is determined, The results are shown in table 1. The results show that, even under complicated conditions, BHT prevents the appearance of blue colored paper on the slide. 1-Lenilsemikarbazid, protecting the slide when directly applied to gw paper, does not have an effect when applied to the inner surface of the slide krygga.
